BLS Provider
This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. The BLS Provider course emphasizes high-quality CPR, effective use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), airway management, and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction for adult, child, and infant patients. Participants learn both single-rescuer and team-based response techniques, with a focus on early recognition, rapid intervention, and effective communication.

ACLS
The ACLS Provider course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. This course emphasizes early recognition and intervention, effective team dynamics, high-quality CPR, airway management, and the appropriate use of ACLS algorithms and medications. Through a combination of didactic instruction, hands-on skills practice, and realistic case-based scenarios, participants will enhance their ability to provide coordinated, evidence-based care in high-stress clinical situations.
PALS
The PALS Provider course is designed to prepare healthcare professionals to recognize and manage critically ill infants and children experiencing respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest. This course focuses on early assessment, high-quality CPR, effective airway management, and the application of PALS algorithms using a systematic, team-based approach. Participants will engage in interactive instruction, hands-on skills practice, and realistic pediatric case scenarios to build confidence and improve clinical performance.
Stop The Bleed
Stop the Bleed Training is designed to teach individuals how to recognize and control life-threatening bleeding in emergency situations. Severe bleeding can cause death within minutes, and this course empowers participants with the skills and confidence to act immediately before professional responders arrive. Whether the emergency occurs at work, at home, at a public event, or on the roadway, knowing how to control bleeding can mean the difference between life and death.
This training is based on the national initiative launched by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security known as the Stop the Bleed campaign. Participants learn how to identify life-threatening bleeding, apply direct pressure, properly pack a wound, and correctly use a tourniquet. The course emphasizes rapid assessment, scene safety, and decisive action during high-stress situations.
Blood Borne Pathogens
Our Bloodborne Pathogen Training course is designed to provide healthcare professionals, first responders, and workplace employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent exposure to infectious diseases transmitted through blood and other potentially infectious materials. This course focuses on understanding serious pathogens such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C, and explains how these diseases are spread in occupational and emergency settings.
Participants will learn how exposure occurs, how to recognize potential hazards, and how to reduce risk through proper infection control practices. The training covers the correct use of personal protective equipment, safe work practices, engineering controls, proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures, and safe disposal of contaminated materials. Students will also learn the steps to take if an exposure incident occurs, including reporting procedures and post-exposure protocols in accordance with OSHA standards.
Heartsaver First Aid
The Heartsaver First Aid course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively during medical emergencies in the workplace, at home, or in the community. This course teaches participants how to recognize and respond to a wide range of first aid situations until professional help arrives. It is ideal for teachers, coaches, childcare providers, construction workers, office staff, and anyone who wants to be prepared to act in an emergency.
Participants will learn how to assess an emergency scene, prioritize care, and provide appropriate first aid for injuries and illnesses such as bleeding, burns, fractures, sprains, heat-related emergencies, allergic reactions, seizures, diabetic emergencies, and more. The course emphasizes hands-on skills, proper use of protective equipment, and safe response practices to ensure both rescuer and patient safety.
Narcan Opioid Response
Narcan Response Training is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency. With opioid-related incidents continuing to impact communities across the country, this course prepares participants to act quickly and effectively to save a life using Narcan, a form of naloxone that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
Participants will learn how opioids affect the body, how to identify the signs and symptoms of an overdose, and the critical steps to take during an emergency. The training covers scene safety, activating emergency medical services, proper administration of Narcan nasal spray, providing rescue breathing, and monitoring the individual until advanced medical care arrives. Emphasis is placed on rapid recognition, calm response, and understanding Good Samaritan protections that may apply when assisting in an overdose situation.
